Following its 2018 success, the University of Portsmouth and Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries are pleased to announce the return of the Introduction to Drawing Course.

The course will start on the 15th of January and will be running on Tuesday evenings between 18.00 and 20.00 for 10 weeks in Eldon Building.

The class will introduce you to the fundamentals of drawing, you will explore different media, techniques, styles and subjects which will build your skills week by week.

Experience drawing, from still life to life models, experimenting with different techniques, styles and materials.

The course will be run by MA Fine Art graduate, Peta Tattersall. Peta has experience of teaching drawing skills in academic and professional development contexts, as well as maintaining her own long term creative practice.

Whether you are a complete novice or someone who wants to get back into forgotten skills, then this class could be for you, everyone is welcome regardless of skill or experience.

There is an early bird rate of £170 per person, book early to avoid disappointment.
